Tyler Hoffman’s racing background and professional experiences encompass a variety of driving disciplines, including on and off-road and both two and four wheels. Initially, Hoffman started racing BMX bikes at the age of 8, winning multiple championships for Redline Bicycles and competing at the expert national level by the age of 10. Continuing on through high school, early successes invited new challenges and following his family’s footsteps, Tyler moved towards four wheels, introducing karting, autocross, track days and off-road rally racing while attending high school. During this period, Hoffman began instructing with AIK & Pro Cup Karting, teaching children the fundamentals of karting. During college, Hoffman went on to race sports cars and formula cars while attending the University of Alabama. After finishing school Tyler went on to work for the Porsche Experience Center Atlanta during its opening year before eventually founding Tyler Hoffman Racing, LLC in 2017. Hoffman now races full time in IMSA and is the Team Principal of Kingpin Racing.

Conjoining education, racing, and work experiences, Hoffman has developed a variety of skills. A background in racing analytics, mechanics, engineering, while outlined by leadership, management, positivity, balanced with a bachelors degree in business has enabled a united but unique skill set.

Shannon Ranzini Hoffman brings over a decade of experience in corporate event coordination and a degree in Hospitality Administration to her dynamic role at Kingpin Racing Development. Since entering the motorsports industry in 2017, she has held various positions in operations, hospitality sales, and event planning— including her pivotal role at the Porsche Experience Center, which led her to Atlanta.

At Kingpin, Shannon wears many hats, from managing travel logistics and team operations to overseeing hospitality and client experience at the track. Her strengths in planning, organization, and client service help ensure that every race weekend runs seamlessly. With a passion for motorsports and a strong foundation in hospitality, Shannon is committed to delivering exceptional experiences for both the team and its partners.

Our crew is professionally trained to perform top notch pit stops. Some members of the crew also spend weekdays at the shop producing the quality repairs, modifications, and setups that our customers choose us for.
